Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and deliver high-quality video content for brand ads, campaigns, and social media.
• Manage

  end-to-end video production

  — from pre-production planning to on-ground shoot execution.
• Handle

  cinematography, camera operations, lighting, and sound

  .
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop scripts, concepts, and storyboards.
• Edit videos with attention to storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics using

  Adobe Premiere Pro / FCP / DaVinci Resolve

  .
• Perform

  color correction, sound design, motion graphics

  , and final delivery.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and visual identity.
• Optimize videos for digital channels — Instagram, YouTube, Website, and Paid Ads.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video trends, D2C ad styles, and editing techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven experience in video production and editing.
• Strong expertise in

  camera handling, lighting setups, and cinematography

  .
• Proficiency in

  Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  storytelling, pacing, framing, and transitions

  .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• A strong

  portfolio/showreel

  showcasing ad films, brand videos, or product shoots.
• Prior experience working with

  D2C or digital-first brands

  is a plus.

Nice-to-Have

• Skills in

  product cinematography

  (tabletop, lifestyle).
• Knowledge of

  motion graphics or basic 3D animation
