Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Producer to own the end-to-end video production process for our agency's content and advertising shoots. You will act as the connective tissue between creative vision, client goals, and logistical execution turning ideas into impactful, branded content, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account, client, and creative teams to understand briefs and translate them into feasible production plans
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and production proposals
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, crew, talent, locations
  • Plan schedules, logistics, and production workflows
  • Oversee on-set execution, ensuring seamless production operations
  • Manage post-production, review cuts, deliver final materials
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding status, risks, and decisions
  • Document lessons learned, refine processes, build production playbooks
  • (If applicable) Mentor junior staff, handle team growth

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4 years of production experience in advertising, branded content, or commercial video
  • Track record of delivering high-quality video projects under tight timelines and budgets
  • Strong budgeting, financial, and cost-control skills
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and project-management ability
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding of camera / lighting / audio / editing / color / post workflows
  • Creative sensibility and ability to challenge & elevate ideas
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Experience working with external production houses is a plus
  • Portfolio / showreel must be submitted with application
