Graphic Design Supervisor

You will be part of MAD, a creative collective in Koramangala, Bangalore, blending design and storytelling to create captivating brand moments. Your role involves executing design for clients, creating social media creatives and digital marketing collaterals, designing assets for websites, defining creative approaches for campaigns, and championing creative inspiration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute end-to-end design for clients. - Conceptualize and create illustration or photo-based social media creatives following the creative strategy. - Develop digital marketing collaterals like banners, emailers, etc., as per client needs. - Design assets for landing pages and websites. - Define creative approaches for digital and social campaigns. - Act as a proponent of creative inspiration. **Qualifications Required:** - 2 to 4 years of experience in design. - Proficiency in photo manipulation. - Strong understanding of digital platforms, visual aesthetics, and content formats. - Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. - Additional skills in drawing, illustration, photography, and motion graphics are advantageous. - Portfolio showcasing design fundamentals, creativity, and clear communication of ideas. - Excellent time management skills for working in a fast-paced environment. - Motion graphics and animation skills are desirable. This is a hybrid work model where you will be in the office on certain days and remote on others.
