Video Producer

As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing video content on YouTube and Shorts. You will have ownership of 2-3 video properties, managing the entire process from recording to publication both online and offline. Key Responsibilities: - Record and edit engaging video content for various formats - Manage the full production pipeline including concept development, recording, editing, and publishing - Create optimized content for YouTube long-form videos and Shorts - Write titles, descriptions, and design thumbnails - Maintain publishing schedules and track performance Qualifications Required: - High energy and self-starter attitude - Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc. - Understanding of the YouTube platform and content optimization - Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have: - Experience with short-form content creation - Basic graphic design skills - Remote recording experience All experience levels are welcome for this role as we value energy and drive over specific experience.,
