Video Producer

Role Overview: As the Video Strategy + Production Specialist, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end video pipeline, including creative strategy, pre-production, direction, post-production, and multi-variant delivery. Your primary goal will be to enhance thumb-stop rate, watch-through, and CPA across paid and organic channels. Key Responsibilities: - Build video content plans based on funnel stage and channel, such as YouTube, Reels/Shorts, PDP embeds, and ads. - Develop treatments, scripts, storyboards, and lookbooks aligned with product, brand, and performance objectives. - Manage pre-production tasks like shot lists, casting, locations, budgets/schedules, and vendor/crew selection. - Direct talent and crew during production, ensuring coverage, continuity, and timely execution. - Lead post-production activities including editing, motion graphics, titles, color correction, sound design, and mastering. - Utilize AI for previz, animatics, style frames, and more, with a focus on clear disclosures and IP compliance. - Maintain the production calendar, build a Video Design System, and ensure operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Film/Media/Design or equivalent portfolio experience. - Minimum of 23 years of experience in video production, with at least 2 years of hands-on directing talent. - Demonstrated expertise in editing, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, directing, and producing. - Familiarity with AI tools for video production and a comprehensive tool stack including Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and more. - Preferred certifications in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and YouTube/Meta Creative Strategy.
