Key purpose

As a Video Producer, you are responsible for transforming creative briefs into high-impact, visually engaging video content that brings our brand to life. You oversee the full production process from concept development and planning to final delivery, leveraging both traditional production methods and emerging AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and innovation. You collaborate closely with Marketing Business Partners and internal stakeholders to ensure every video is modern, compelling, and fully aligned with our brand guidelines and strategic objectives. This role requires a strong sense of storytelling, design, and visual trends, combined with a hands-on understanding of AI-driven production techniques and video platforms.

Main Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:

  • Lead and execute end-to-end video production, from concept and filming to editing and final delivery.
  • Create compelling videos using existing materials and AI tools, ensuring efficiency, creativity, and consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Plan and perform video cutting, assembly, and editorial work to craft engaging narratives that align with messaging objectives.
  • Oversee all post-production activities, including editing, sound design, color grading, motion graphics, and final approvals.
  • Ensure all content meets brand, creative, and technical standards while staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging video techniques.
  • Manage production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and coordinate workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Organize, tag, and maintain video assets, usage rights, and storage in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

Skill Set:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in video production, including concept development, scripting, coordination of shoots, and post-production. Experience working with external agencies and managing production workflows is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of video production processes and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and quality standards.
