Video Producer

Role Overview :

The Video Producer will be responsible for end-to-end video production and project oversight for US-based accounts, working during

night shifts. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and global clients to deliver high-quality video content that aligns

with business and creative objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in video production techniques, excellent

communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the full lifecycle of video productionfrom ideation, planning, and execution to final delivery

Collaborate with creative teams, editors, motion designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality outputs

Liaise with global clients to understand project requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with expectations

Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget parameters

Contribute to continuous process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency

Prepare regular reports, conduct analysis, and deliver presentations to stakeholders

Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements to support operational needs

Essential Skills and Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; BSc in Visual Communication preferred

23 years of relevant experience producing a variety of video content for global clients; agency background with international

brands is an advantage

Strong knowledge of Video Editing, Motion Graphics, VFX, and CGI production pipeline

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and project management tools

Technical knowledge of video specifications and formats

Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling in emerging tools and technologies

Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational schedules based on business requirements
