Kenangan Coffee, an Indonesia based coffee retail chain, launched our first cafe in Dehli India in April 2025. Today we have more than 3 cafes; and we are still expanding. We are now hiring a creative, hands-on Social Media Specialist to drive engagement and brand presence reputation across our social media platforms. This role will focus on content creation (static and video), social trends, campaign support, and active reputation management; and will be instrumental in amplifying our brand voice and handling online feedback swiftly and effectively. Hands-on editing tools skills (Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or AI-based tools) to enhance photo and video content desirable. Work Location: Gurgaon, India Work Arrangement: On-Site Daily Ideal Candidate Profile: Bachelor Degree in Design, Communications, Marketing or related field; with at least 2 years’ of experience in social media management with hands-on campaign design or social media content creation experience. Working exposure from FMCG, QSR, F&B, ecommerce, or creative agencies. Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats. Hands-on experience with video production and editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, AI tools). Proficient in Photoshop or equivalent for static content. Passionate about digital storytelling and content virality. Self-driven, resourceful, creative, and responsive to fast-paced environments. Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams. Collaborate with marketing/brand executives to provide creative direction and ideas for campaigns. Plan and schedule content calendars; monitor post-performance and tweak accordingly.
