Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-impact video content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms
• Conceptualize and execute projects including scripting, storyboarding, budgeting,

resource planning, and timeline management.

• Plan and manage video shoots: scout and secure locations, coordinate logistics, and act as on-location producer.
• Work closely with editors to manage post-production and ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with design and video leads on style frames, visual direction, and branded series.
• Engage with clients throughout the production process, managing feedback, revisions, and creative alignment.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with internal and external stakeholders, offering creative solutions when needed.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering content on schedule and within budget.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of video production experience.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or other professional editing tools.
• Strong scriptwriting skills for various video formats including promos, documentaries, and branded content.
• A keen eye for design, layout, and storytelling detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential.
• Proven ability to perform under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
• Deep understanding of the video production lifecycle and social media video best practices.
