Role Overview :

The Video Producer will be responsible for end-to-end video production and project oversight for US-based accounts, working during night shifts. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and global clients to deliver high-quality video content that aligns with business and creative objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in video production techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the full lifecycle of video production—from ideation, planning, and execution to final delivery
• Collaborate with creative teams, editors, motion designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and quality outputs
• Liaise with global clients to understand project requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with expectations
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget parameters
• Contribute to continuous process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency
• Prepare regular reports, conduct analysis, and deliver presentations to stakeholders
• Work in rotational shifts as per business requirements to support operational needs

Essential Skills and Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree required; BSc in Visual Communication preferred
• 2–3 years of relevant experience producing a variety of video content for global clients; agency background with international brands is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Video Editing, Motion Graphics, VFX, and CGI production pipeline
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and project management tools
• Technical knowledge of video specifications and formats
• Commitment to continuous learning and upskilling in emerging tools and technologies
• Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational schedules based on business requirements
