Job Roles:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Video Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in video marketing for tech companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing high-impact videos, reels, and shorts that drive engagement, build brand presence, and generate leads across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, script, shoot, and edit daily, weekly, and monthly video content (product explainers, service demos, testimonials, corporate branding videos, etc.)
  • Create attention-grabbing short-form content such as Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style videos aligned with the tech audience.
  • Use video marketing to support lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to build videos for ad campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
  • Optimize videos for SEO, engagement, and performance across platforms.
  • Track performance metrics (views, CTR, watch time, conversion) and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with current video trends, tools, AI features, and audience preferences in the tech domain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in video marketing, especially in IT or Tech services.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video types including reels, shorts, explainer videos, and ads.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and how video integrates with lead generation funnels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset, storytelling skills, and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with AI video tools or animation (e.g., Synthesia, Lumen5, Animoto).
  • Understanding of B2B tech audiences and video content performance on LinkedIn and YouTube.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
