About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Content Editing & Production

• Edit raw footage into high-quality videos for multiple formats — reels, walkthroughs, vlogs, events, interviews, and branding capsules.
• Produce crisp and engaging edits tailored for

  Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp

  .
• Ensure all videos are brand-aligned and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

✂️ Creative Collaboration

• Work with PR, marketing, and design teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.
• Participate in brainstorming for content structure, transitions, music, text overlays, etc.
• Suggest and experiment with trending visual formats and transitions relevant to real estate and leadership branding.

📸 Footage Capture (On-Field)

• Occasionally travel to capture raw footage at project sites, events, expos, team shoots, or PR sessions.
• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and setup in coordination with the visual team or camera operators.

🌀 Trends & Motion Design

• Stay updated on the latest short-form video trends, Instagram/LinkedIn reel formats, transitions, and design patterns.
• Basic motion graphics, text animations, or intro-outro animations are a plus.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of professional experience in video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing tools
• Strong understanding of storytelling, music syncing, pacing, and aesthetic alignment
• Familiarity with editing formats optimized for

  Reels (9:16), YouTube (16:9), and LinkedIn

• Ability to deliver quick edits for event-based content with short turnarounds
• Knowledge of color grading, audio correction, and transitions
• Strong file management, organization, and version control

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):

• Motion graphics design or animation (e.g., animated explainers, lower-thirds)
• Experience editing for a leadership brand or professional influencer
• Knowledge of AI-powered video tools (like Descript, Runway ML, Pictory, etc.)
