Key Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, platform-optimized videos (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging, story-driven content that highlights products, campaigns, and brand narratives.
• Experiment with styles, pacing, and effects to maximize audience impact.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align video content with strategic goals.
• Deliver high-quality edits with quick turnaround times.
• Track video performance, analyze engagement, and refine content strategies.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing (professional or personal projects count).
• Proven success with at least one video crossing 100k+ views.
• Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of platform-specific video formats and trends.
• Creative mindset with adaptability across different styles.

Must-Have Skills

• Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
• Storytelling and pacing for digital-first audiences.
• Motion graphics / basic animation knowledge.
• Strong eye for visual design and branding.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Sound design and mixing.
• Experience in AI/tech product storytelling.
• Short-form content creation (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
• Graphic design skills (e.g., thumbnail creation).
