  t (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) that is engaging, snackable, and platform-friendly

  t (YouTube interviews, podcasts, documentaries, etc.) ensuring strong storytelling flow, pacing, and narrative build-up
• .Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and designers to maintain POI’s unique storytelling style
• .Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design as needed for impact
• .Manage end-to-end post-production including footage organization, rough cuts, final edits, and delivery
• .Stay updated with latest social media editing trends, formats, and styles
• .Work with tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards
