We’re looking for a PR Analyst who can turn connections into conversations and conversations into impactful content. You’ll be at the heart of our podcast guest sourcing efforts—building relationships with PR and media agencies, coordinating with guests, and ensuring smooth execution of our flagship series Guftgu and other POI shows. What You’ll Do? Guest Sourcing & Coordination : Identify, approach, and confirm guests for POI’s podcast series, working closely with PR and media agencies Relationship Building : Maintain and nurture relationships with PR firms, talent managers, and media houses Execution Support : Coordinate all pre- and post-episode requirements to ensure a seamless guest experience POI & Founder PR Support : Assist in managing PR efforts for both POI and our founder—media outreach, interview coordination, and press coverage tracking Research & Insights : Track industry trends, upcoming events, and public appearances to identify relevant opportunities for guest collaborations . What We’re Looking For? 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media coordination Strong relationship-building and networking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Highly organised with attention to detail Why Join Us?
