PR Analyst

What You’ll Do?

• Guest Sourcing & Coordination

  : Identify, approach, and confirm guests for POI’s podcast series, working closely with PR and media agencies

• Relationship Building

  : Maintain and nurture relationships with PR firms, talent managers, and media houses

• Execution Support

  : Coordinate all pre- and post-episode requirements to ensure a seamless guest experience

• POI & Founder PR Support

  : Assist in managing PR efforts for both POI and our founder—media outreach, interview coordination, and press coverage tracking

• Research & Insights

  : Track industry trends, upcoming events, and public appearances to identify relevant opportunities for guest collaborations

What We’re Looking For?

• 1–3 years of experience in PR, communications, or media coordination
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organised with attention to detail
