Role

Own end-to-end editing for short-form and long-form content that matches the pacing, structure, and narrative clarity of GrowthX-style videos. The standard is tight cuts, clean motion graphics, crisp audio work, and story-first sequencing.

Responsibility Scope

Build edits that hold attention from first second to last.
Replicate the narrative flow, formatting logic, and visual language seen in GrowthX content.
Cut raw footage into structured story arcs with clear hooks, transitions, and retention anchors.
Add motion graphics, text callouts, overlays, zooms, and masking as required.
Stabilise, colour-correct, mix audio, remove noise, and maintain a uniform aesthetic.
Adapt long videos into multiple short assets without losing intent or clarity.
Maintain a repeatable editing workflow and project organisation.
Manage revisions quickly and keep output consistent under deadlines.

Requirements

Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent pro-grade tools).
Proven experience editing creator-style content at a similar pace and structure to GrowthX.
Ability to craft strong openers, compress complex explanations, and maintain engagement.
Motion graphics ability at a level sufficient for dynamic captions, modular templates, and branded elements.
High accuracy with timing, beat-matching, sound design, and interruption-free flow.
