Now, we're seeking a Top-End Video Editor - someone obsessed with storytelling through frames, transitions, music, and movement. If you live on timelines and breathe after-effects, this is for you.

Role Description

This hybrid internship/full-time role is based in Nagpur with some work-from-home flexibility. The video editor will be responsible for the post-production of reels, ads, interviews, motion graphics, documentaries, and brand story videos for high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit Scroll-Stopping Visuals

- Master Multi-Format Editing

- Brand-Focused Visual Storytelling

- Motion Graphics & Visual FX (Preferred)

- Sound Design & Sync

- Manage Footage & Versioning

- Campaign-Wise Execution

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut (Pro version)
• Basic knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, or Canva for overlays and thumbnails
• Strong storytelling, pacing, and VFX/sound layering understanding
• Up to date with latest video trends, templates, and editing hacks
• Bonus:

-Motion Graphics / 2.5D / Character Animation

- Interview Editing / Podcast Post-Processing

- Reels built for political or ad campaigns

Must-Have Qualities

• Obsessed with performance-led visual editing (VTR, CTR, Hook Rate)
• Detail-oriented with a creative twist
• Ability to work with rapid turnarounds, feedback, and versioning
• Strong communication & collaboration with multi-functional teams

Experience

Fresher or Experienced - Must provide portfolio (Reels + Long-form work)

Agency or political/branding/YouTube/SaaS/Startup experience preferred

Compensation

Based on skill & portfolio

Bonuses based on performance metrics: CTR, delivery time, viewer retention
