Job Description: We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to help make finance content clear, engaging, and visually appealing. You’ll edit videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Shorts—transforming raw footage and market data into concise, high-impact content. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, knows how to simplify complex topics, and can enhance videos with motion graphics, charts, and overlays. You’ll work closely with the team to maintain brand consistency and stay updated with the latest trends in short-form video editing. Key Responsibilities: Edit finance videos for YouTube, Reels, and Shorts using storytelling techniques aligned with current trends Create clean and clear motion graphics to visualize stock data, charts, and market movements Convert long videos into short, attention-grabbing clips with strong hooks and fast-paced edits Add subtitles, transitions, branding, and calls to action based on platform standards Keep up with the latest trends in video editing and social media to improve content performance Preferred Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Filmora (or any reliable video editing software) Adobe After Effects (for animating graphs and market data) Required Skills: A good sense of storytelling and video pacing Proficiency in editing techniques including transitions, subtitles, and syncing audio Understanding of content formats for YouTube, Reels, and Shorts Basic knowledge of finance topics like stock markets and charts Awareness of popular editing styles and engagement trends on social media Ideal Candidate Profile: Basic understanding of financial trends, storytelling with market events Detail-oriented and quality-focused Strong communicator and creative thinker Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week Show more Show less
