Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative

Video Editor – Sr. Executive

to join our Creative Communications team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling instincts, technical proficiency, and the ability to produce compelling, high-quality video content tailored for YouTube and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Content Creation
  

Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines and YouTube best practices.
Add music, transitions, motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and other enhancements.Optimise videos for different formats, resolutions, and durations to maximise reach and audience retention.

• Collaboration & Storytelling
  

Work closely with content, strategy, and creative teams to understand narrative goals, tone, and audience expectations for each project.
Collaborate with on-camera talent and creative leads to capture and elevate storytelling.Implement revisions quickly while maintaining quality standards.

• Digital & Short-Form Content
  

Ideate and edit YouTube Shorts, reels, and other short-form content formats.
Stay updated on content trends, platform requirements, and AI-based content creation tools.

• Asset Management & Performance Tracking
  

Organise and manage video assets including footage, audio files, templates, and project files.Analyse video performance metrics and provide creative recommendations to improve viewer engagement.

Required Skills & Tools

Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (FCP), After Effects, and Photoshop

Knowledge of special effects, compositing, 3D animation, and visual storytellingExperience with AI tools for content creation or enhancementStrong understanding of pacing, transitions, mood, and sound designAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creativity and qualityStrong visual sense, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing recent work
