About the Role

To create powerful, story-driven videos that blend AI innovation with human creativity — transforming complex ERP or tech stories into visually inspiring, easy-to-understand narratives that drive engagement and awareness.

Each project should:

•  Delivering a film-like experience that evokes emotion.
•  Integrate AI-generated visuals, music, and voices seamlessly.
•  Enhance brand perception and digital reach.

What You’ll Do

•  Produce short videos, reels, and ads tailored for each platform.
•  Mix AI + manual editing for cinematic storytelling.
•  Add transitions, effects, and music for emotional impact.
•  Repurpose concepts into multiple content formats (reels, shorts, ads, podcasts).
•  Create AI-driven podcast or avatar-style videos using lifelike voice and motion.
•  Collaborate with marketing to align creative direction with brand goals.

Who You Are

•  A storyteller first, editor second, technologist third.
•  Passionate about creative visuals and emotional storytelling.
•  Obsessed with experimenting and learning new AI tools.
•  Bonus: background in film, digital media, or marketing.

Qualifications

•  1–2 years of experience in video editing, filmmaking, or content creation (professional or personal).
•  Open to any background — what matters is creativity, curiosity, and storytelling ability.
•  Prior experience in video editing or content creation (personal projects or professional work).
•  Comfort working with AI tools or eagerness to learn them fast.
•  Strong sense of visuals, sound, and emotion in storytelling.
• Interest in marketing, film, or digital content is a plus.
