Vice Principal

About Us:
Brain Discovery Global School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Vice Principal to support the Principal in leading the school towards academic excellence and holistic student development. The Vice Principal will assist in managing day-to-day operations, supervising faculty, ensuring curriculum implementation, and maintaining discipline while fostering a positive and progressive school culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in academic planning, administration, and execution of school policies
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments
• Support teacher recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
• Monitor classroom activities, teaching methodologies, and student progress
• Maintain discipline, safety, and overall welfare of students
• Coordinate with parents, staff, and management to build strong relationships
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and curriculum standards (CBSE/ICSE)
• Lead extracurricular, cultural, and co-curricular programs for student development
• Act as acting Principal in the absence of the Principal

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 7–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years in an administrative/leadership role
• Strong knowledge of CBSE/ICSE curriculum and modern teaching methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mentor teachers and inspire students
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
