Vice Principal

As the Vice Principal at our chain of schools, your primary purpose is to serve as the chief administrator, responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets to promote the educational development of students and professional development of staff members. Your key responsibilities include: - Working closely with the principal to ensure the smooth operation of the school - Supporting committees to enhance the learning and social environment - Teaching classes, handling discipline issues, and filling in for the principal when needed - Assisting in teacher evaluations and providing guidance to staff and students - Directing assemblies and special student events - Developing emergency response plans and updating reports as required - Serving as the academic head and supporting teachers on curriculum and content - Monitoring classroom implementation of content and providing feedback for improvement - Supervising school discipline and general operations In terms of Human Resources and Development, you will be responsible for: - Monitoring sports and performing activities, organizing events, and interacting with parents - Resolving conflicts and motivating teachers to adhere to curriculum philosophy - Ensuring maximum adherence to HR policies and controlling staff attrition - Coordinating administration activities, documentation, and planning new projects - Establishing procedures for attractive, organized, and safe facilities - Maintaining effective communication with students, staff, and parents Desired Qualifications: - B.Ed in Education and PG in any specialization or M.Ed in Education Experience: - 10-15 years in academics with 1-2 years as a Vice Principal in an educational institution Expected Competencies: - Good analytical skills, extrovert, result-oriented, and mentor - Ability to work in a high growth environment and drive consensus in decision-making - Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills - Effective time management, presentation, and leadership skills - High integrity and multitasking abilities Skills and Knowledge: - Analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and multitasking capabilities.,
