Job Description

As the Vice President Supply Chain (Production) at our company located in Bhopal, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the supply chain operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the end-to-end supply chain operations encompassing procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. - Developing strategies to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and ensure a smooth production supply process. - Driving vendor development initiatives, conducting contract negotiations, and fostering strong relationships with suppliers. - Ensuring strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards throughout the supply chain. - Collaborating closely with the production, sales, and finance teams to synchronize supply chain planning with the overall business objectives. - Implementing industry best practices, leveraging digital tools, and introducing process enhancements to achieve operational excellence. - Taking charge of leading, mentoring, and nurturing a high-performing supply chain team. With over 20 years of experience in the field, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping the company's supply chain strategies for sustainable growth and success.,
