As a Relationship Manager (RM) for Multinational (MNC) clients in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) sector, your primary role involves business development and fostering strong client relationships to achieve the business objectives of the organization. Your responsibilities include: - Implementing marketing strategies in consultation with the Group Head to drive business growth - Ensuring balanced growth across multiple product metiers - Identifying and tracking new customers, overseeing their onboarding process, and managing their journey beyond onboarding - Identifying client requirements and addressing them effectively - Managing existing relationships, ensuring risk and compliance standards are met, and optimizing revenues through profitable cross-selling efforts In terms of Credit Administration, your duties will involve: - Coordinating the renewal of credit files and overseeing credit administration efforts - Supervising documentation processes - Tracking asset quality and promptly reporting any areas of concern Internal cooperation and coordination are crucial aspects of your role.
