Vice President - Projects

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our organization as Vice President – Projects in the Pharmaceutical EPC, MEP, and Turnkey Projects sector.

Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of EPC, MEP, and turnkey pharmaceutical projects from inception to completion.

 Oversee project budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, and quality assurance, to achieve project milestones.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

 Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and shop drawings for MEP works.

 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.

 Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure effective problem resolution during project execution.

 Drive innovation, process improvements, and adoption of new technologies in project management.

 Mentor and guide project managers and team members to achieve high performance and professional growth.

 Conduct regular quality checks, raise RFIs, and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.

 Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and vendors.

 Identify design discrepancies and initiate technical clarifications.

 Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of Project systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

 B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

 10 or More than 10 years of experience in EPC, MEP project execution (preferably in industrial/commercial/pharma projects)

 Exposure to site execution, coordination, and vendor/client communication.

 Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
