Producing detail specifications & Amenities for Sales team & Construction team. Monitor & Coordinate with the project team for execution work. Site checking & site coordination for Interior projects. An understanding of all aspects of the design. Excellent design coordination with Project Architect, Liasoning Architect, RCC consultant, MEP consultant, Landscape consultant, environmental consultant . Working closely with other professionals like surveyors and civil engineers. Arranging meetings on site with various consultant to solve the project queries. Documentation. Fair Knowledge Rera and its documentation. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in preparing architectural drawings using AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp is an added advantage.
