Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

Focus on achieving strategic business objectives through projects, programs and portfolios
Ensure key projects and programs support the right business goals
Balance risks with rewards
Link projects with the business strategy
Drive efficiencies and linkages between projects
Manage resource requirements across the portfolio of projects
Make sure each project has an effective leader/project manager
Implement or oversee appropriate project management methodology
Oversee and control all changes to project scope
Strive toward achieving execution excellence
Education:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
15–20 years in
Real Estate / Construction industry
with proven
high-rise project experience
.
Technical Expertise:
Strong hands-on exposure to
Mivan technology
and
conventional construction methods
.
Must have handled
residential towers, commercial complexes, or mixed-use high-rise developments
.
Strong leadership, execution, and cross-functional coordination skills.
