We are hiring experienced Civil Engineers to join our team for Solar Power Projects in India and Zambia.
The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising and managing all site-level civil activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion in accordance with approved designs and specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and execute all civil works related to solar power projects, including foundations, cable trenches, approach roads, and drainage systems.
Supervise foundation construction, structure installation, and module mounting as per drawings and engineering standards.
Coordinate with design, electrical, and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor contractor performance, quality control, and safety compliance at site.
Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, QA/QC documentation, and site records.
Conduct inspections to ensure work is executed as per design, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve any on-site civil or structural issues.

Additional Requirements
Valid Passport is mandatory for the Zambia posting.
Proficiency in English is required for candidates applying for the Zambia position.
Willingness to travel and work at various project sites as per project needs.
