We are seeking an exceptional Vice President of Products to lead our product strategy and drive innovation in aviation technology. This senior leadership role will define and execute our product vision, managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to market success while ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of airlines and airports globally.
· 12+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
· Proven track record building and scaling B2B enterprise software products, preferably in aviation, travel, transportation, or complex regulated industries
· Deep understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, and agile methodologies
· Strong business acumen with experience driving revenue growth and customer retention
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
· Experience managing and developing product teams of 5+ people.
· Direct experience with airline or airport operations, systems, or technology
· Knowledge of aviation industry standards, regulations, and operational challenges
· Technical background with ability to engage deeply with engineering teams
· Track record of successful product launches in international markets
· Experience with SaaS, cloud platforms, and modern software architectures
