Job Description

Graduate Level:
B.Com, BBM, BBA, ICWAI, CA Inter, CMA, CPA
Postgraduate Level:
Qualified CA, CPA, ICWAI, or MBA from premier institutes

Work Experience:

Total Experience:
Approximately 20+ years in Finance Accounting (FA) domain
Relevant Experience:
Minimum 12 15 years in FA domain with expertise in solutioning, process re-engineering, and transformation streams
Additional Advantage:
Experience in Procurement, HRO, or other horizontal domains

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:
Lead pre-sales activities and build managed service solutions for FA clients across various domains, with a preference for Manufacturing Automotive sectors. Experience in the Indian market is essential.
Process Improvement:
Conduct process assessments, identify improvement levers, and implement strategies to optimize, streamline, and transform FA processes.
Capability Building:
Contribute to the creation of capability assets in the FA domain.
Analyst Relations:
Engage with top analysts in the FA horizontal to secure favorable positioning by showcasing our experience, tools, and technologies.
Future State Design:
Independently design future state solutions, recommending opportunities for improvement using ERP or other tools (eg, RPA, Integration, or other Automation tools).
Global Experience:
Work on end-to-end FA processes for global clients across geographies.
Platform Expertise:
Demonstrate knowledge and hands-on experience with leading FA platforms like Ariba, Emagia, Trintech, etc
Process Enhancement:
Strengthen and enhance internal processes to make them more efficient and effective by identifying process improvement/re-engineering opportunities.
Review Participation:
Actively participate in daily/weekly/monthly reviews to share updates and action plans on various process and system improvements.

Certifications:
Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical ability with knowledge of RPA tools and AI methodologies
Customer Orientation:
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on process excellence
Technical Proficiency:
we'll-versed with leading technology platforms and hands-on experience with BPM tools and technologies, including ERPs (Oracle/SAP/MS Dynamics / Ariba / Celonis / Emagia / Trintech , etc)
