Overview - Responsible for supporting various back office, middle office & settlement related activities of India Operations, audit, inspections and project management. Responsibilities Review of daily notices & circulars issued by exchanges & regulators and implementation of the same, where required. Addressing various client and business queries. Oversight on: Middle office trade bookings and confirmations, interacting with the clients for trade settlement and other matters such as trade matching, onboarding etc. Various Regulatory Reporting. Reconciliations (Bank, Stock, Trade etc) Empanelment. Cash flow management. Special settlement of corporate / retail clients (Early Payin) RMS/ Management of Limits on the trading system. User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancements, regulatory changes. MIS to front office and management. Coordination with various auditors – internal, regulatory and statutory – and providing them with necessary data and explanation. Handling regulatory inspections. Project Management.
