Vice President of Software Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy applications using a

  microservices-driven architecture

  .
• Develop backend services in

  Java/J2EE/Spring Boot

  and frontend components in

  React/Angular/Node.js

  .
• Apply

  design patterns, frameworks, and coding best practices

  .
• Follow

  TDD/BDD practices

  and contribute to test automation.
• Participate in design/code reviews and prepare technical documentation.
• Integrate with

  CI/CD pipelines

  (Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.) and ensure smooth deployments.
• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot production/non-production issues.
• Collaborate with QA, BA, and Release teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise in

  Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices

  .
• Frontend development using

  React/Angular/Node.js

  .
• Knowledge of

  TDD/BDD, unit & integration testing

  .
• Experience with

  CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, etc.)

  .
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in

  React Native

  and CSS pre-processors.
• Exposure to

  cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

  .
• Release management experience.
• Agile/Scrum methodology
