Job Summary:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President – New Business to lead our growth strategy, identify new market opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring over a decade of experience in business development, sales leadership, and market expansion, with a proven track record of driving revenue and scaling operations.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive new business strategy aligned with company goals
• Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and product opportunities
• Lead go-to-market initiatives for new services, partnerships, and verticals
• Build and nurture high-value relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Negotiate and close strategic deals that drive long-term value
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
• Build and lead a high-performing business development team
• Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for new business initiatives
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Own revenue targets and P&L for new business verticals
• Collaborate with finance, product, and marketing teams to ensure commercial viability
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships
• Proven success in scaling new business units or launching new markets
• Excellent Communication Skills
