As a Vice President in Business Management, you will play a vital role in defining, refining, and delivering set goals for the firm. Your strategic thinking and passion for driving solutions will be instrumental in optimizing business performance and acting as a trusted advisor to Business/Group Heads. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing new business strategies and initiatives, aligning department and support groups - Optimizing business performance by driving key initiatives such as fees, cost base, RWA, and capital utilization - Identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks to ensure smooth operations - Analyzing financial performance, identifying productivity initiatives, and driving implementation - Collaborating with business, Operations, and Technology for future workflows and technology projects - Representing the business in internal/external working groups To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field - Previous product knowledge or experience in Business Management/COO roles - Energetic and dynamic style with excellent time management skills - Ability to present well to senior management and forge strong internal relationships - Self-motivated, independent, and with excellent communication skills Preferred qualifications include: - Ability to define and deliver strategic agendas across multiple groups - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent project management and organizational abilities - Attention to detail and a logical thought process.,
