You will join a full-service marketing communications agency with a strong track record of turning ideas into impactful brand stories. The agency boasts a team of over 100 professionals and has garnered recognition both nationally and internationally for its creativity and innovation. As an experienced HR Head / HRBP / HR Lead, your primary focus will be on driving the people strategy, reinforcing the company culture, and nurturing a high-performing team. You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure that HR initiatives are closely aligned with the business objectives within a dynamic and fast-paced creative environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading all aspects of HR functions such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development. - Collaborating with department heads to synchronize HR strategies with the organization's overarching priorities. - Developing and implementing engagement programs and initiatives to strengthen the company culture. - Leveraging HR analytics and data insights to facilitate informed decision-making processes. - Providing support during periods of organizational scaling or restructuring by managing change effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership or HRBP capacity. - Ideally coming from a background in advertising, media, marketing, or creative agencies. - Strong communication skills, adept at stakeholder management, and strategic thinking capabilities. - Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and HR systems. - A degree in either HR or Business Administration at the Bachelors/Masters level.
