    (VISA, MasterCard, UPI, card issuing & acquiring)

  • ISO8583 Protocol & EMV Standards

  • PCI DSS & PA DSS Compliance

  • API Integration

    (SOAP, REST, JSON)

  • Cryptography

    (HSM, encryption standards like 3DES, AES)

  • Unix/Linux Shell Scripting

Leadership Skills:

  • People Development

    (coaching, performance monitoring, and team growth)

    (leading teams, managing conflicts)

  • Risk Management

    (identifying issues and creating backup plans)
