Vice President - Finance

• We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance who will be responsible for the overall finance function, including corporate risk, risk and compliance, funding, and treasury management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking compliance and regulatory compliance. Location Chennai Responsibilities Manage the finance function, including overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including banking compliance and regulatory compliance
• Develop and implement corporate risk management strategies to minimize financial and reputational risk
• Provide expertise on funding and treasury management to ensure effective liquidity and cash flow management
• Take care of the responsibilities of both Company Secretary (CS) and Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including the executive team and board of directors
• Requirements At least 12 years of experience in finance in a senior leadership role
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and Company Secretary (CS) qualificationStrong knowledge of finance, corporate risk, risk and compliance, funding, banking compliance, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of finance professionals
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
