As the Vice President of Finance at Finance Limited in Noida, your role will involve overseeing the financial operations of the company. You should have a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in the relevant field, with a strong background in NBFC and Banks. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating a strong knowledge of GAAP, IND-AS, and regulatory requirements. - Understanding the financial sector and regulations, particularly in the financial services sector or retail industry. - Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in financial reporting software and tools, with excellent Excel and computer skills. - Working independently to prepare accurate and timely analyses, summaries, and reports of financial data. - Setting a minimum cash threshold to cover operational needs and ensuring dependable cash flow projections. - Reviewing revenue cycle metrics regularly to address performance issues proactively. - Ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. - Collaborating with senior leaders to achieve revenue goals. - Establishing criteria for evaluating operations and financial performance. - Monitoring and comparing monthly operating results to the budget. - Managing the creation of financial reports and overseeing the finance and accounting department. - Controlling the process of creating financial outlooks and projections. - Conducting financial analysis for contract negotiations and investment decisions. - Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal budget reporting requirements. - Developing five-year business strategies with department managers. - Assisting in establishing short- and long-term goals, objectives, operational processes, and policies for the department.
