Role Overview:

VP Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the

  finance & accounts team

  , ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage

  cash flow, working capital, and liquidity

  to support business expansion and timely vendor payouts.
• Oversee

  financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting

  for all departments.
• Build robust

  MIS and reporting systems

  for management and investors.
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ROC filings, and audits.
• Partner with leadership to define

  financial strategy, capital structure, and cost optimization

  plans.
• Liaise with

  banks, auditors, legal, and tax consultants

  for efficient operations.
• Develop financial controls, process automations, and scalable systems to support rapid growth.
• Support

  fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence

  during future capital events.

Requirements:

• 812 years of experience in Finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong background in

  accounting, corporate finance, and compliance

  .
• Experience in a

  startup or fast-growth environment

  preferred.
• Expertise in

  financial modeling, MIS, taxation, and audit management

  .
• CA qualification required; MBA (Finance) is a plus.
• Proven ability to build and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
