Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Your role will involve collaborating with relevant departments to address and resolve any issues. Additionally, as part of the India team management, you will contribute to future strategy planning for Apex India, including migration planning, talent acquisition, training, career development, process enhancement, automation, and stakeholder management. You will also support operations on projects related to automations, work migrations, and conversions while facilitating global changes in key operating procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients - Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve client issues - Contribute to future strategy planning for Apex India - Support operations on projects related to automations, work migrations, and conversions - Facilitate global changes in key operating procedures - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as Securities/Trades and Pricing Team, Reporting Team, Investor Services team, Auditors, Client Service Managers, and Clients - Monitor deliverables to ensure high SLA compliance within set accuracy standards Qualifications Required: - Experience working with an investment management or finance-related firm - Good knowledge of the investment industry with 14+ years in Fund Administration - CA/CMA/CFA/ACCA/MBA in Finance - Ability to think critically and objectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Willingness to work additional hours as needed - Experience in large team management, performance appraisal, people growth, and development,
