You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular contact to uphold high levels of satisfaction. Facilitate effective communication between clients and relevant departments to address any issues promptly. As a part of the India team management, you will contribute to future strategic planning for Apex India. This includes migration planning, recruiting suitable talent, providing training, defining career paths for employees, process reengineering, process automation, and stakeholder management. Support operations on projects involving Automations, Work migrations, Conversions, etc. Assist in implementing global changes in key operating procedures. Coordinate with Internal and External stakeholders such as Securities/Trades and Pricing Team, Reporting Team, Investor Services team, Auditors, Client Service Managers, and Clients. Monitor deliverables effectively to ensure high SLA compliance within specified accuracy standards. Skills Required: - Prior experience in an investment management or finance-related firm. - Strong knowledge of the investment industry with over 14 years in Fund Administration. - Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance. - Ability to think critically and objectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work additional hours when necessary. - Experience in managing large teams. - Proficiency in performance appraisal processes. - Focus on people growth and development.,
