Strategic Planning & Leadership

Ø Develop and implement state-level land acquisition strategy in alignment with organizational goals.

Ø Identify suitable land parcels for upcoming projects in coordination with project planning teams.

Ø Build and manage a strong network of local resources, consultants, and legal experts.

Land Acquisition & Documentation

Ø Drive end-to-end land acquisition processes including direct purchase, lease, or government allocation.

Ø Ensure thorough due diligence of land records, titles, and ownership documentation.

Ø Oversee drafting and execution of sale/lease agreements, title clearance, and registration.

Stakeholder Management

Ø Liaise with government authorities, local bodies, landowners, and communities to facilitate acquisition.

Ø Build strong relationships with local influencers and political stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Ø Handle negotiations and conflict resolution with landowners and community members.

Regulatory Compliance

Ø Ensure compliance with state land laws, acquisition acts, environmental norms, and zoning regulations.

Ø Collaborate with legal teams to handle litigations, disputes, and due diligence reports.

Ø Maintain updated knowledge of changing land policies and legal frameworks.

Ø Ensure all safety and environmental related compliances to be followed at site as per applicable laws and company policy.

Team Management

Ø Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing state land acquisition team.

Ø Allocate resources, set performance goals, and ensure accountability.
