Job Description

Role Summary

Responsible for overseeing the comprehensive lifecycle of all third-party service providers,

encompassing seamless onboarding, rigorous quality control, and strategic relationship management. This includes, but is not limited to, golf resorts, destination management companies (DMCs), equipment suppliers, and instructional professionals.This role requires close collaboration with community and events personnel to successfully execute planned briefs. In Phase 1, this function may be integrated with the Partnerships role, which has a primary focus on brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, negotiate, and formally onboard strategic vendor partners for services and experiential offerings.
  • Define, establish, and rigorously monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including metrics for pricing, delivery timelines, and quality, in coordination with administrative teams.
  • Maintain and manage all vendor contracts and performance data. Conduct quarterly performance audits of key vendors.
  • Coordinate operational logistics with Concierge Executives for itinerary planning and service bookings, and proactively ensure prompt resolution of all service-related disputes or quality concerns.
  • Provide support for the accurate listing of partner services within the proprietary application platform.

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in vendor management, hospitality operations, or travel logistics.
  • Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and proficiency in professional relationship management.
  • Exceptional organizational and comprehensive documentation skills.
  • Foundational understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for effective vendor tracking.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Vendor satisfaction and retention rate
  • Adherence and compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Reduction in reported service-related complaints
  • Mean time to response and resolution of issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
