Vendor Manager

• Maintain and manage a comprehensive list of candidates across various domains and vendors.
• Collect, verify, and store candidate details: resumes, experience, skill matrix, rates, notice period, and ID proof.
• Coordinate with sales and delivery teams to understand open roles and match them with available talent.
• Liaise with staffing partners, recruitment agencies, and freelancers to source qualified candidates.
• Monitor and enforce SLAs with vendors, including submission timelines, onboarding, and quality benchmarks.
• Track candidate availability and status across different stages: shortlisted, interviewed, deployed, on bench, etc.
• Ensure documentation and compliance protocols are followed for every resource (contracts, NDAs, onboarding forms).

• 2–5 years of experience in vendor management, talent coordination, or staffing operations.
• Prior experience in an IT services/staffing environment is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience working with Excel/Google Sheets, ATS, or CRM systems.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills (spoken and written English).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple vendors and roles simultaneously.

• Experience with offshore resource management or international staffing (US/UK clients).
• Familiarity with technical roles (developers, testers, cloud, infra, support, etc.).
• Experience with background verification, onboarding workflows, and contracts.
