Job Description: As the Senior Manager- Network Solutioning, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing logistics solutions to meet client requirements while optimizing vendor networks and ensuring profitability. Your responsibilities will include developing operational frameworks, creating commercial proposals, conducting due diligence, leading the hypercare phase, and continuously optimizing solutions based on feedback. You will be tasked with designing logistics solutions for key accounts by mapping efficient vendors to specific requirements and establishing operational frameworks that maximize vendor network utilization. Additionally, you will create customized commercial proposals for each account, collaborate with Sales and Operations teams on pricing structures, and conduct on-ground due diligence to verify vendor readiness and quality. During the hypercare phase, you will lead the onboarding process for new accounts, providing hands-on support and coordinating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction. Furthermore, you will implement a feedback loop with clients and internal teams to refine solutions, enhance vendor performance, and optimize resource allocation based on data-driven insights. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. You must have at least 7 years of experience in logistics, network operations, or solution design, with a proven track record in vendor mapping, solution creation, and commercial negotiations. Strong financial acumen and proficiency in managing profit within logistics or supply chain environments are essential. Excellent organizational, project management, and collaboration skills will be key to success in this position.,
