Vendor Development Executive

Qualification: Any Graduation. Diploma Engineer (Electronics / Electrical/ Plastic) is preferred.

Experience: 5-10 years. Experience in Electronics / Plastic / Polymer industry is preferred.

Skills : Strong Negotiation skill, Problem solving, Communication, MS Excel

Compensation: 40000-50000 Commensurate with Qualification and Experience

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

· Identify, qualify, and develop new vendors locally, with a primary focus on suppliers of plastic / polymer raw materials/PCBs / Packing Material.

· Evaluate supplier capabilities, quality systems, and capacity.

· Drive cost savings initiatives while ensuring quality and service are not compromised.

· Manage the end-to-end vendor approval process, including factory audits, sample evaluation, and technical validation in coordination with the Quality team.

· Execute the procurement lifecycle for assigned commodities, including electronic components, mechanical parts, packaging,

· Monitor and expedite supplier deliveries to ensure on-time delivery performance and prevent production line stoppages.

· Conduct regular Supplier Performance Reviews based on Quality, Cost, and Delivery metrics.

· Process and manage Purchase Orders accurately and efficiently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
