Maintenance In-Charge / Maintenance Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for planning and performing preventive and breakdown maintenance of all machinery. Your duties will include maintaining daily maintenance records and equipment logbooks, supervising maintenance technicians, coordinating for spare parts, tools, and vendor maintenance work, ensuring safety compliance during maintenance activities, and supporting the installation and commissioning of new machines. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and perform preventive & breakdown maintenance of all machinery - Maintain daily maintenance records and equipment logbooks - Supervise maintenance technicians and assign daily tasks - Coordinate for spare parts, tools, and vendor maintenance work - Ensure safety compliance during maintenance activities - Support installation and commissioning of new machines Qualifications Required: - Diploma / ITI / B.E. (Mechanical / Electrical) - 1-3 years experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment - Hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and utility systems Additional Company Details: The company offers Provident Fund as a benefit to employees.
