VDI Sr Analyst- Hyderabad

Role Specific Responsibilities

• 3-4 years of working experience with VDI and DaaS technologies.
• knowledge of Microsoft AD, GPO domain level and Windows operating system.
• Scripting in any of the programming language is preferable.
• Troubleshooting VMware VDI issues within the SLA.
• Installation, Configuration and Management of VMware horizon infrastructure.
• Technical experience in managing IAAS in any of the cloud services i.e Azure, AWS and GCP cloud services.
• Technical experience in managing VMware vSphere infrastructure.
• Technical Knowledge on Azure Virtual desktop and its related services.
• Technical Knowledge on AWS workspaces and its related services is preferable.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, Ability to actively listen and clearly communicate with other teams globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems or relevant experience and accomplishments
• 2-4 years of experience in the IT field
• 2+ years of experience with virtual desktop services such as VMware Horizon View, Citrix XenDesktop, AVD.
• 0-1 years of experience with Python, Terraform, PowerShell, Power Cli, or other scripting languages
• Experience with the Scrum Agile methodology and working on Scrum teams.
• 1+ years direct, hands-on experience with automated cloud provisioning and management on any of the Cloud Platforms – Azure, AWS, GCP (Must Have).
• knowledge of Microsoft AD, GPO domain level and Windows operating system.
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancers etc.

Education (degree): Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems or relevant experience and accomplishments
