Job Description

  • Key Responsibility
  • Vendor & Client Management: Coordinate with hotels, restaurants, and catering clients. Onboard new partners and manage pricing & agreements.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Promote company’s food products (spices, ghee, pulses, etc.) to hotels & hospitality sector. Achieve targets & identify new opportunities.
  • Operations & Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, dispatch & logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery and maintain documentation.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain rapport with hotel purchase managers, chefs, and F&B; heads. Collect feedback and monitor market trends.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare daily visit reports, sales pipeline, and monthly performance reports for management review.
  • Required Skills & Competencies: -
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation & relationship management abilities.
  • Good understanding of hotel procurement systems.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of HORECA / food industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alipur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
